Party Quackers Shipping Policy:
In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Production time for personalized and kit products is typically 2-5 business days. For consolidated shipping, production time is based on the item with the longest production time. Check the product page for current ship dates on an individual product. Estimated ship and delivery dates are given during checkout. Expedited shipping options (2-Day Express and Next Day Delivery) do not rush production time.

Standard Delivery

  • Orders for in-stock items should should ship within 24 hours of purchase and arrive in 5-7 business days.
  • Orders for Personalized items should ship in 3-5 business days.

2-Day Express

  • Orders for in-stock items placed by 3 p.m. Pacific Time should  arrive in 2 business days. Orders for in-stock items placed after 3 p.m. Pacific Time should arrive in 3 business days.
  • Orders for Personalized items cannot have a 2-Day Express Delivery Time.

Next Day Delivery

  • Orders for in-stock items placed by 3 p.m. Pacific Time should arrive in 1 business day. Orders for in-stock items placed after 3 p.m. Pacific Time should arrive in 2 business days.
  • Orders for Personalized items cannot have a Next Day Delivery Time.

Delivery Surcharge

Because some items are larger, these items have a delivery surcharge. The delivery surcharge is in addition to regular shipping and handling charges and will be applied at check out. The price will appear individually by each item and is included in the total for “Shipping & Handling.” Delivery surcharges are excluded from Free Shipping coupons.
Party Quackers Return Policy:
  1. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
  2. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
  3. Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
  4. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise [i.e. the customer, a.k.a. you].
  5. If the return is a result of our error you will be provided with a pre-paid return label.
Incorrect Addresses and Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional $14 charge if the address must be changed by the courier to be deliverable.
Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the courier are subject to a $14 charge. ‘Return to Sender’ orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.
 
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item(s), please place a new order first and then follow the returns process.
 
Defective Items: If there is a problem with your order, contact a customer care representative within 14 days of the original order date. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped using the same method as the original order.

Please title your email with “RETURN REQUEST”
Provide the following information in your request:
  1.  The Original Date of Purchase
  2.  The name of the person who purchased the items
3.  The actual shipping address where the package was delivered
  4.  The items you wish to return
  5.  The reason you wish to return the items
  6.  Confirmation of your email address
  7.  If you wish the item to be replaced please note that in this request.
Return Restrictions
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Costumes can only be returned with authorization from our Sales Representative and must be returned in the original packaging – these items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way:
  • Restock fee: There may be a 20% order restocking fee if you are returning the item because it was ordered incorrectly, wrong size or just changed your mind.
  • If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will NOT automatically call and/or return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are held for 30 days and only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Processing Times: Returns are typically processed within 1 – 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween and Christmas season this may take up to 3 weeks. However we do try to process all returns as soon as the item is received in our office.
